General Manager will be responsible for the following work schedule:
This is a hybrid position that requires continual studio presence and remote flexibility. Expect the majority of your schedule will be at our Denver studio during scheduled lesson times, with the remaining hours conducted online.
SCHEDULE (approximately 25 hours a week):
SUNDAY - 1PM-5PM
MONDAY - 3PM-8PM
TUESDAY - 3PM-8PM
WEDS - 3PM-8PM
THURS - 3PM-8PM
You will co-lead one weekly leadership meeting 3x’s per month (9:30am 1st three weeks of the month, day TBD), and one all-team meeting 1x per month (2nd wednesday of the month, 12pm.)
Here’s what you’ll do in varying amounts each month:

Hiring and Onboarding of new staff
Enforcing all policies and procedures
Payroll 2x month submitted to CEO
Team Leader: Building trusted relationships and authentic rapport, knowing each teacher’s strengths and places for growth
Lead yearly employee feedback & reviews
Co-lead all team meetings with CEO

Masterful with Acuity Scheduling and coordinating teacher schedules/availability with space availability
Manage studio space rentals & invoicing
Sub request follow through & schedule updates

Handle prospective client sales calls/texts/emails
Front desk management
Existing client “upsells”
Respond to DMs on social media
Create 3 short and simple Reels/Posts per week for Social Media
Confident using Convertkit & Email marketing
Simple website updates–copy only
Manage relationships with other wedding vendors and be in charge of the referral program

Ensure (personally or through delegation) the studio is clean and supplies fully stocked each day
Create a “good vibes” environment

Handle all client communications and provide VIP service to our client base during “on call” hours.
Respond to prospective emails,
Serve as the “face” of the company to existing clients
Assist clients with rescheduling, cancellations, upgrades, payment links, refunds, and teacher feedback.
The right candidate will embrace a reasonable learning curve for all the General Manager Tasks, knowing that our processes are already clear and efficient. (And if you’ve got better ideas for streamlined and enhanced service, we’re all ears!)
Once your onboarding process is complete (about 3 months of learning and integration), you’ll slay every task in about 20-30 hours per week on average.
